Call for Wine sales representatives are knowledgeable about the wine industry, steeped in passion for wine, and are professional experts with proven sales experience and exceptional phone acumen. At the outset of our engagement with you, we’ll visit your winery, meet your winemaker and staff, and learn all that we can about each wine. We’ll then bring this real-world experience back with us and integrate it into our calls so as to educate your customers and ultimately build incremental sales that will rapidly evolve into one of your core business units.

Each new Call for Wine employee participates in an extensive training program which includes winery training, industry trending updates and call monitoring, as well as additional sales skills coaching. In addition, all of our employees begin certification as Level I inside Sales Professionals at the WISE (Wine Industry Sales Education) Academy in Napa.

Outbound telesales is more than simply an outstanding sales channel, it’s an opportunity to fine tune your customer service program, gain valuable business intelligence, and recognize efficiencies across the entirety of your business. Our sales reps are trained to follow up on any customer services issues that arise, providing valuable information to you for analysis and follow through. In addition, our employees gather additional information from your customers and view each and every call as an opportunity to up sell, whether to another product or club tier. Our sales representatives will update customer information for your wine club shipments where address or credit card information is out of date. They will also provide information on winery events; assist with scheduling tours and visits and point customers to you live and in-person whenever possible.
