Our complete logistics solution can accomodate order volume of over 200,000 bottles per day with proven pick/pack/ship accuracy of 99.9% via automated warehouse management and conveyor management systems.

Inventory is stored in either a forward pick or reserve stock location. |

Packing materials and collateral are inserted, shipping labels are applied, and the box is assigned to a bar-coded tote. |
Totes are scanned and automatically moved along the conveyor system to pick, pack and shipping locations. |

Pickers examine the totes for order information and scan items for accuracy. |
Packages are scanned onto pallets associated with the final destination or loaded directly onto a carrier truck. |
