Your customers receive branded email notifications with tracking information and your unique marketing message as soon as orders leave our fulfillment center.

Returns Management:

Call tags, claim management for damaged shipments, and returns management for direct states (including quality assurance) are all easily handled via a phone call to your Account Manager.

Order Holds:

Orders are easily placed on hold via a “do not ship before” field, or via our online weather hold tool.
