Shopping Cart
Our advanced shopping cart features will help you increase sales
-
Cart Minimized to Encourage Continued Shopping: Not only does an attractive, AJAX enhanced drop down give your cart a cutting-edge look and feel, the platform encourages continued shopping. Rather than being transferred directly to the cart, your customer remains on the same page with easy access to your product catalog while the drop down displays the most recent item added to the cart. - Upfront Shipping Rates: To minimize the possibility of “sticker shock” which often results when shipping rates are displayed later in the shopping process, shipping rates are displayed early on, when your customers first add products to the cart.
- Guest Checkout: Your website visitors will have the option of checking out as a guest and bypassing the account creation requirement. This removes yet another purchase barrier by making it easier for your customers to move swiftly through the buying process.
- Buy A Case: Customers can purchase your wines “by the bottle” or “by the case”, a feature which has been shown to increase average order value.
- Product Display: Our flexible product management module allows you to choose from several different product layout options and display products in any number of formats to encourage click-through: one, two, or three- across product listings (with varying amounts of space available for marketing teasers).
- Cart Always Present: An always present cart means your customers will have easy access to information regarding the number of items in their cart including a running subtotal.
- Designed to Sell: Button contrast and clarity used throughout the shopping experience eases the path to purchase and leads to higher conversion rates.
- Gift Cards: Gift Cards play a major role in holiday sales conversions (according to a Demandware study). Sixty-four percent of those surveyed said gift cards equaled twenty-five percent of their online purchases.
- Multiple price levels: We enable different pricing for different sets of users such as club members, investors, and employees. In addition, promotional pricing (i.e. discounts) can be applied to different price levels.
