Content Editor
“Categories” added to the business locator Allows you to add categories such as “restaurant” or “retailer” to businesses in the business locator. This is a great place to use categories such as 'Restaurant' and another category like 'Retailer' and then put businesses into one or more of those categories.
Categories added to the business locator import and export tool With the addition of categories to the business locator, the import and export functions have changed. 1) The export will now show the first four categories that any business belongs to.
2) The importer will allow a business to be imported with up to four categories.
QR Codes  QR Codes have been added to all products, content pages, and wine clubs. Allow visitors to wine shops or customers of various print publications to scan a code which will take them to a page on your website which is specifically targeted to them.

Store
Ability to batch process The orders tab now allows you to perform the following batch functions:
1) Print receipts
2) Print packing slips
3) Email order confirmations
4) Complete orders

This is a real time saver for self fulfillers.
Place order from customer record The ability to place an order for a customer directly from the store tab of the customer's record.
Ability to search by shipping status on the order tab Orders can now be searched by “shipping status”
1) No Status
2) Sent to Fulfillment
3) Shipped
4) Picked Up
This is useful in searching for orders which have not yet shipped.
Gift Card payment display If a customer uses a Gift Card as payment for a purchase, the gift card number will now display on the order and on printed invoices. This can be used to reconcile payments received versus those used to date.
Advanced product features The following features have been added to products:
1) Start and end dates
2) Public sale dates with associated messages
Now you can display products for a given period of time, or display a product with a specific message and corresponding sale information (for example "On Sale March 31st").
Ability to sell event tickets (Note: this will need to be activated in your website settings. Ask your Account Manager for assistance.)   You can now sell tickets which are individually bar-coded and emailed to the customer in PDF format. You can use a bar-code scanner to scan tickets by downloading a report of events and barcode numbers. A listing of the tickets you’ve sold can be accessed via the order history section, when viewing orders, or through event ticket reports.
'Short Name' field on clubs (Note: this is part of the club setup process.)    This is used  in reports and on the dashboard (where the actual club name is too long to be useful in these settings.) As an example: If your actual club name is Sample Winery – Two Bottle Red Club, you can use the short name “2 Bottle Red”.
Allocation data field An “internal name” field has been added to the allocation set up. This field is hidden from customers. Internal names are displayed on reports. This field is useful for adding more descriptive names for reporting purposes or “tiering”.
Set 'Type' for an order When placing an order on the back end you can now set the order type e.g. Admin, Club Order, Website, etc. This is helpful if you had to cancel a club order and replace the order.

Contacts
Manual merge function for customer records If you happen to have two or more customer records for the same person, you can use this feature to merge them into one record.  This helps to ensure a clean database for marketing and customer service purposes.
Allocation data has been added to the List Builder tool You can now use the List Builder to build lists of people who have “wish list” requests or who have received “wish list” grants. This is useful for emailing people whom you have or have not granted wish list requests to.

Reports

"Allocation” parameter added to several sales reports This parameter has been added to the following reports:
1) Sales by Date
2) Sales Summary
3) WSN
4) WineDirect Fulfillment
When using these reports to pull a listing of orders, you can now pull them based on whether they are part of an allocation or not.
New club report added A “shipments per member” report This report allows you to see the number of shipments that have been ordered by your club members.
