Meet the Team!  

Led by Karin Ballestrazze, our Senior Director of Client Services, our team is devoted to making your direct-to-consumer programs work and ensuring any issues are solved promptly.  

Carla Carla has been with WineDirect for 5 years and sees the best in everything and everyone. Her calm, winning attitude is always evolving, just like her signature butterflies she seems to have surrounding her!  She is a team builder and coach who is patient and kind.		Connie Connie comes to WineDirect with 10 years of marketing experience, 8 years of fulfillment and 6 years of marketing fulfillment.  She is an animal lover who took care of stray cats for 7 years until it got too overwhelming and one of them adopted her.  Many people enjoy Connie’s jewelry collection because it always matches what she is wearing.		Joanne Joanne joined Wine Direct Client in 2010, bringing with her experience in product management, customer service, and direct marketing.  She currently is currently concentrating her efforts on the growing Demand Generation programs. Joanne enjoys gardening, cooking and hiking with her dog Cody.
Ken Ken is known for his cooking, even creating his own recipes and spice blends for entertaining.  He traveled the world as an avid fly fisherman and now you will find him closer to home seeking out local farm ponds with his kids and their buddies for a new adventure.  Ken has great patience for the little people and is a 4-H Poultry Leader in his community.		Laura Laura is the latest addition to our WineDirect team.  Laura has over 16 years’ experience in Relationship Management. Born and raised in Chicago, she fell in love with Northern California on her very first trip to Napa Valley.  Laura’s passions are world travel, photography, cooking and of course everything related to wine.		Lona Lona joins the WineDirect Team with over 20 years of Account Management, Direct to Consumer and Wine Industry experience.  She’s calm, cool, collected and gets the job done right!  Lona’s a transplant from Seattle so you’ll never hear her complain about the Napa weather. In her spare time she is busy planning her next trip and enjoying wine tasting in the Valley.
Miriam Fashion is Miriam's middle name! She is cheerful and upbeat and the biggest baseball fan you will know! She is a team player who loves to learn and help others on the team succeed.		Peggy Peggy's philosophy is to treat others as she’d like to be treated so everyone she comes in contact with is treated with kindness and greeted with a smile. In her spare time, Peggy dedicates her time to her two daughters, one of which is a Senior in the High School Band and the other in college. Peggy also enjoys making fresh homemade salsa for the WineDirect team.		Shuree Shuree spends most of her time with her newborn son. When she's not being super mom, she likes to relax with her family and friends. Full time mom and full time representative, there's nothing Shuree can't do that she puts her mind to.
